Time Money Knowledge, Inc is a holdings company setup as a private c-corporation.

We hold the assets operated by subsidiaries. We create new companies through acquisitions, mergers, startups and buyouts.

This website is meant to keep the public informed even though we are a private company.  It is also a way for us to attract career minded employees.  It is our hope, that through this site and our work, we can attract and build a great team. More information will be added as the company expands.

Time Money Knowledge has gone through some changes from its' original formation. Most recently the company restructured into a c-corporation in 2022.

After restructuring, we are considered a fairly new company. At the corporate level we will offer equity and options. At the product level we will offer paid positions. Most subsidiaries are structured as LLC's. Some are passthrough and a few others are taxed as c-corporations.
