Putting it all together
Long term relationships have become illusive in today's corporate world. One of our main goals is to retain good employees so we can maintain a cohesive team. First and foremost, hiring practices plays a major role in the DNA of Time Money Knowledge® , Inc. We strive to be fair and believe this is the foundation of corporate responsibility.
Having a non-toxic work environment is mandatory. The flow of ideas, work ethic, and respect for each other is not usually in a mission statement but for us, this is critical. So, it is our mission to maintain a healthy work environment.
Now we create, acquire and build business entities that can change the world. It is our mission to bring as many jobs to the world as possible. It's a fine balancing act to bring, possibly thousands of jobs without going through the ebbs and flows of the economic rollercoaster. But we believe we have the formula to make it happen.
Our company policies that most benefit our employees are the 4-day work week (as described in "Our Culture" above), paid sick days, paid vacation, paid health care, maternity leave, 401k, profit sharing, stock options and a host of other benefits.
Plainly put, we are striving to be a major player on the world stage. A leader, innovator, creator and a model corporation that may someday become the standard.
