People come from all walks of life. In business, we deal with many different cultures and personalities. With that said, we only look for reasonable people that can not only share their ideas and thoughts but can respectfully consider others. There will be no grudges against someone with a difference of opinion. Absolutely no intimidation, animosity or inter-office clicks.  None of these toxic personality types will survive here at Time Money knowledge, Inc.

This includes management. We do not allow such behavior including harassment of any kind, or that old corporate cutthroat way of doing business.

We believe in a 4-day work week, kicking your feet up on the coach with your laptop (in the office lounge), working from home if applicable, full company paid sick days, paid vacations, health and life insurance and a host of other benefits. 

However, completing the task at hand is a must as well. We all have jobs to do and the only way to be successful is to wake up in the morning knowing your day is about to be spent where you are respected. You can work without fear of the boss micromanaging. After all, if you hire an employee that has to be micromanaged, either you are a control freak or you made a bad hiring decision.
